- BEFORE FIRST USE:
- Rinse the stone briefly with hot water and then dry it.
- INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
- Heat the stone - without the wooden board - in the oven.
The pre-selected temperature is decisive for the duration of the heat emission of the stone and affects the food accordingly.
the food to be grilled. We recommend a heating time of approx. 90 minutes with top/bottom heat at a temperature of 250 °C.
You will need a fireproof base, as the wooden board also gets very hot. Test placemats or tablecloths
in advance!
Caution: There is also a risk of burns from the wooden board!
- Due to the limited service life, we recommend preparing all
ingredients in advance.
- Lightly oil or grease the stone after heating up. You can then place the food on it.
- Depending on the food and heating temperature, you can use the stone for approx.
20 minutes.
The stone should then be replaced (kela grill stone,
art. no. 16648).
