Delivery

The current situation regarding the corona virus (COVID-19) is also occupying our company. We are aware that priorities have changed. Nevertheless, with our high-quality & useful accessories for kitchen & bathroom, we want to continue to contribute to making you and your family feel comfortable in your home! We have taken numerous measures to continue to guarantee the safety of our employees, customers & partners! Increased hygiene and safety measures in all company buildings are the basis for ensuring that your order can continue to leave our warehouse regularly. Our customer service is also available to you as usual by telephone (07332 8286) and by e-mail (service(at)kela. de). We are looking forward to your order and contact!


shipping costs

    • We will delivery as long as we are not out of stock.
    • Shipping within Germany is done with DHL and DPD, international with DPD.
    • Goods ordered at www.kela.de will be delivered to any desired address within Germany and Austria. Delivery to other European countries is also possible.
    • The shipping cost per order for freight and packaging totals in Germany: 4.95 euros. From a total order value of 40 euros, shipping is free. in Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands: 8.95 euros. From a total order value of 40 euros, shipping is free.
      For orders to other European countries, individual shipping costs vary, will be communicated during the order process before completion of the order, and are listed here.
    • Shipping takes place only on working days. No shipping and delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
    • If the selected product is out of stock at the time of the customer’s order, Kela will inform the customer immediately in the order confirmation. If the product is permanently unavailable, Kela refrains from accepting it. A contract is not concluded in this case. If the product ordered by the customer is only temporarily unavailable, Kela will inform the customer immediately in the order confirmation. In the event of a delivery delay of more than two weeks, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract. Moreover, Kela is entitled to withdraw from the contract as well in this case. Any payments already made by the customer will be reimbursed immediately.

Returns

    Customers from Germany and Austria can print out the package sticker here and then deliver the package to the nearest DPD parcel shop.
