What is so special about the Stoneline collection? 

Stoneline = stone coating

You can roast like on a hot stone and thus will get a unique flavor. The coating is very robust and can withstand up to 100,000 abrasion cycles. For comparison: A conventional Teflon coating, however, can withstand only up to 1,000 such abrasions.

If I order several times in one day, do I have to pay shipping costs every time?
The shipping costs are to be paid per order, even if multiple orders are placed on the same day.

What are the payment options?

You can pay easily and conveniently by credit card, Sofort GmbH transfer, and PayPal.

The shipping costs totals €4.95 within Germany. From an order value of €40, shipping is free.
The shipping costs to Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg totals €8.95. From an order value of €40, shipping is free.
The shipping costs to France, Denmark and Czech Republik totals €12.00. From an order value of €150, shipping is free.
The shipping costs to Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia total €14.95. From an order value of €150, shipping is free.
The shipping costs to Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Croatia total €19.95. From an order value of €150, shipping is free.
The shipping costs to Greece, Romania, Bulgaria total €39.95. From an order value of €250, shipping is free.
The shipping costs to Malta and Cyprus total €299,95. From an order value of €1000, shipping is free.

How can I redeem the coupon?
You can redeem the coupon on the first checkout page. All you need is your coupon code, which you enter in the field provided for this purpose. Please note that vouchers cannot be charged retroactively after order completion!
 
Can I have my order sent to another address?
We deliver your package to the requested address within Germany, Austria, and Europe.


How long does the delivery of my order take?
The delivery time is one to three business days, if the delivery address is in Germany. The delivery time is two to four working days if the delivery address is in Austria. For deliveries within Europe, the delivery time is between 3 and 10 working days.


What happens if I am not home during the time when the delivery is attempted?
The delivery service will leave you a message and you can pick up the package at the post office near you.

What do I do if I want to return the goods?
