Bamboo provides the best properties for cutting boards that are subject to heavy use. Bamboo is hard-wearing, durable, lightweight, easy to clean, natural and has a cut-resistant surface. They are therefore very suitable for use as chopping boards and cutting boards and can be used for cutting vegetables, fruit, meat, cheese and bread, for example. To prevent food or germs from sticking, simply clean the chopping boards after use with lukewarm water and a damp cloth and then dry them thoroughly by hand and in the air.
