The high-quality cast aluminium braising pan completes the Kerros series, which is already very well established and includes corner pans, serving pans, a fish pan, frying pans, grill pans, a crêpe pan and a grill plate in the kela range. Thanks to the raised rim of 7 cm, the braising pan makes it easier for you to cook, roast or stew larger quantities of vegetables or liquids. The second handle also makes the braising pan easier to handle. The pan is suitable for all hob types!
