Why put your delicious dishes in tureens and serving bowls when the Kerros range with its variety of pans, serving pans, roasting pans and pots is an eye-catcher in itself? It's a lot less work and the food arrives hot on the table. The serving pan is made of robust, 5 mm thick cast aluminum, finished with a high-quality non-stick coating and additionally reinforced with ceramic particles. Quality is the result of intensive research and development made in Germany, developed for contact with food. The serving pan is dishwasher-safe. However, we recommend cleaning under hot running water. Use a soft cloth for cleaning, preferably without detergent. Then dry with a tea towel. The Kerros serving pan is also suitable for all types of stoves and can be used in the oven up to 180° C, without the lid even up to 220°C.
