If I order several times in one day, do I have to pay shipping costs every time?

The shipping costs are to be paid per order, even if multiple orders are placed on the same day.

The shipping costs totals €5.99 within Germany. From an order value of 39€, shipping is free.
The shipping costs to Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg totals €10.99. From an order value of €40, shipping is free.

How can I redeem the coupon?

You can redeem the coupon on the first checkout page. All you need is your coupon code, which you enter in the field provided for this purpose. Please note that vouchers cannot be charged retroactively after order completion!

Can I have my order sent to another address?

We deliver your package to the requested address within Germany, Austria, and Europe.

How long does the delivery of my order take?

The delivery time is one to three business days, if the delivery address is in Germany. The delivery time is two to four working days if the delivery address is in Austria. For deliveries within Europe, the delivery time is between 3 and 10 working days.

What happens if I am not home during the time when the delivery is attempted?

The delivery service will leave you a note, and you can collect the parcel from your nearest post office. However, you will be kept informed of the parcel’s progress from the moment it is dispatched and will receive a tracking link.

What do I do if I want to return the goods?

Consumers may cancel their contract within 14 days by revoking it in writing (such as letter, fax, email). You will find details concerning your right of withdrawal here. Please return the goods in their original packaging. You can produce your documents for your return shipment here and return the package.

The money will be credited to the account you used when placing your order.
