From the 6-star Kerros series - the Kerros square serving pan
The Kerros kitchen series is made of heavy cast aluminum with a wall thickness of 5 mm. A special quality feature: the 6-star Greblon-Non-Stick-C3+ coating from Weilburger in Germany. The 3-layer, ceramic-reinforced non-stick coating is characterized by excellent non-stick properties, high anti-scratch resistance and very good abrasion resistance.
The Kerros kitchen range includes pots, saucepans, frying pans, serving pans, special pans e.g. for crêpes, roasters and a wok - in other words, plenty of choice for your personal kitchen equipment.
The Kerros kitchen range is suitable for gas, glass ceramic hob, electric stove and induction hob and is ovenproof up to 180° C. Dishwasher safe. The lid made of fireproof glass has an aroma knob that can be used to add liquid, e.g. wine, when stewing or cooking without having to lift the lid.
