Achtung - Für Ihre Sicherheit
Entfernen Sie zuerst vorhandene Verpackungen und Aufkleber.
Waschen Sie das Geschirr gründlich in warmem Spülwasser und trocknen Sie es sorgfältig ab.
Kochen sie die Pfannen 2-3 mal mit Wasser aus, um eventuelle Produktionsrückstände und Verunreinigungen zu entfernen.
Bei der ersten Verwendung die Innenseite der Pfanne mit etwas Öl ausreiben. Dieser Vorgang sollte von Zeit zu Zeit wiederholt werden, dies erhält die Antihafteigenschaften.
Benutzen Sie keine Küchenhelfer aus Metall und schneiden Sie nicht mit Messern im Geschirr. Das kann Kratzer und Schnittspuren in der Antihaftversiegelung verursachen, welche Einfluss auf die Antihaftwirkung haben kann.
Lassen Sie das Koch-/Bratgeschirr bei Gebrauch nich unbeaufsichtigt. Von Kindern fernhalten.
Erhitzen Sie das Produkt nicht zu stark u. niemals für längere Zeit ohne Inhalt Überhitzungsgefahr!
Temperaturen über 250 °C sind zu vermeiden, dies kann mit etwas Öl als Hitzeindikator verhindert werden, da Öl über 250 °C anfängt zu rauchen.
Ein Überhitzen ist in jedem Fall zu vermeiden, da Lebensmittel auf der (hitzeresistenten) Keramikbeschichtung anbrennen und schwarze Ablagerungen auf der Beschichtung zurückbleiben können.
Zum Braten empfehlen wir eine mittlere Temperaturstufe und die Verwendung von etwas Öl oder Bratfett.
Handgriffe dürfen sich nicht über erhitzten Herdplatten befinden: Verbrennungsgefahr!
Bei der Verwendung im Backofen benutzen Sie Topflappen oder Ofenhandschuhe.
Achten Sie auf einen besonders vorsichtigen Umgang mit heißem Fett.
Löschen Sie brennendes Fett niemals mit Wasser.
Nehmen Sie zum Löschen eine Decke und ersticken Sie die Flammen.
Zur Unfallvermeidung darf das Produkt nur mit festsitzendem Griff verwendet werden. Gelockerte Schrauben drehen Sie mit einem Schraubenzieher nach
Hinweis für Induktionsherde
Der Induktionsherd ist eine äußerst schnelle Wärmequelle. Vermeiden Sie das Erhitzen des Koch-/Bratgeschirrs ohne Inhalt, da es durch Überhitzung beschädigt werden kann. Bei hoch eingestellten Temperaturstufen kann ein Summton ertönen, der technisch bedingt ist. Es handelt sich hierbei um keinen Defekt an Ihrem Herd oder Koch-/Bratgeschirr. Der Durchmesser des Koch-/Bratgeschirrbodens muss mit der Kochfeldgröße des Induktionsherdes übereinstimmen. Besonders bei zu kleinen Bodendurchmessern besteht die
Möglichkeit, dass das Magnetfeld des Herdes nicht anspricht.
Pflege- und Reinigungshinweise
Kochgeschirr mit Keramikbeschichtung ist sehr pflegeleicht. Pfanne vor der Reinigung abkühlen lassen. Bei geringer Verschmutzung reicht das Ausreiben mit einem Küchentuch. Ansonsten reinigen Sie es im warmen Spülwasser mit einem nicht scheuernden Schwamm oder eine Spülbürste (keine Stahlwolle oder Scheuerschwämme!).
Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen der Pfanne keine aggressiven oder scheuernden Reinigungsmittel.
Geringe Flecken und Verfärbungen nach einiger Zeit sind normal und können in heißem Wasser eingeweicht und mit einer Spülbürste oder einem weichen Schwamm oder Tuch entfernt werden.
Trocknen Sie das Geschirr immer sorgfältig ab damit keine Kalkflecken entstehen können.
Wir empfehlen die Reinigung von Hand. Eine Reinigung in der Geschirrspülmaschine kann zu einer Reduktion der Antihaft-Wirkung führen.
