Your Burger. Your Way.

The burger remains an icon – and is constantly being reinvented. From classic to modern, anything goes. Mix and match, experiment, and surprise yourself. Turn a classic into your very own trend. Just make it. Just enjoy it.

Preparation

  1. Place the bread rolls in hot water until they have doubled in volume and are thoroughly soaked.
  2. Place the ground beef in a large bowl.
  3. Squeeze the bread rolls out thoroughly with both hands and add them to the ground beef.
  4. Finely dice the onion.
  5. Peel the garlic and press it into the meat mixture using a garlic press.
  6. Add the eggs, breadcrumbs, and spices to the bowl and mix everything thoroughly. If the mixture is too moist, add a little more breadcrumbs.
  7. Shape the mixture into patties.
  8. Fry the patties on both sides in a pan or on the grill.
  9. Keep the finished patties warm in a preheated oven until all the patties are ready.

Top the burgers as desired. Ideas: lettuce, tomatoes, cheese & sauces.
