Crème Brûlée. Most people will probably have heard of it or even savoured it: a delicious French dessert, sometimes also known as ‘burnt cream’. When preparing it, professionals and amateur chefs swear by caramelising the surface of the cream with sugar using a kitchen Bunsen burner. You will receive this gas burner with this set, including 4 beautiful porcelain bowls with a shiny surface, safe to use up to 280°C.
