Feldsalat After-Work-Snack Header

Feldsalat mit Käse-Schinken-Päckchen

Ein perfektes After-Work-Gericht. Schnell zubereitet, leicht und einfach nur lecker. Mini-Camemberts bekommen einen Schinkenmantel verpasst und werden zu einem frischen Feldsalat gereicht. 

Zubereitung

1 Feldsalat putzen, waschen und trocken schleudern.

2 Die kleinen Camemberts gut mit dem Schinkenspeck umwickeln. 

3 Den umwickelten Käse langsam in der Pfanne anbraten. 

4 Gleichzeitig die Pinienkerne anrösten.

5 Aus Essig, Öl, Senf, Salz, Pfeffer und Kräutern ein Dressing anrühren und über den Salat geben. Pinienkerne darüber streuen.

6 GENIESSEN.
